Our point of contact was great and good to deal with, the actual product was not great. When shown a picture of the completed product we pointed out to them that there was a mistake with our logo. I was assured that the mistake was resolved before shipping. When I received our shipment it was missing 1 product. (I'm assuming it was the one from the picture that we pointed out was a misprint). We ordered 72 bottles and 24 of them are not usable. I was offered $10 as a refund. This isn't acceptable to us and we will not be using these guys in the future. It's unfortunate the quality was so lacking on the printing as the bottles themselves are nice vibrant colours.
